All-new Ford Fiesta microsite

The Australian version of the all-new Ford Fiesta microsite finally went live today. Planning was underway since June this year, so it’s taken us exactly 5 months to bring this site live.

This is my most exciting project to date, and my first Ford site with heavy use of 3D animations that was produced by a wonderful animator commission by Ford Australia. The animations are composed of a modelled Fiesta set against actual video footage of the streets of Melbourne. Spot the landmarks!

With the site being an initial release, much content is still being withheld. Hopefully with the next update, I can get to fix up some of the cosmetic issues.

Ogilvy UK has done a fantastic job with the TVC and the microsite for Ford UK. The soundtrack “Transient” to the TVC rocks, by a band named Plexus.
